Families who have children who live with disabilities often face and navigate numerous systems in order to understand and/or meet the needs of their complex child. Oftentimes, one of the challenging systems that parents have to navigate is special education. Special Education can be daunting to parents, as they work to ensure the best opportunities for their youth, yet find that they do not know what questions to ask, what their rights are, or how to prepare and advocate for their child in the school setting. At Peacewolf Advocacy and Consultation Services (PACS), LLC, we strive to help parents navigate and advocate for their child within special education and 504 plans, as vital members of their child’s educational team.
At PACS we see the value in working with your whole child and want to ensure that parents better understand their child’s needs through review of private and educational assessments, identify community resources, and work in the development of person-centered planning.
We are currently serving Larimer, Weld, Boulder Counties, Denver metro, and southern Wyoming for all services offered.
