CAYAC,
Dr. Marybeth Rigali-Oiler
CAYAC stands for Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Connections. CAYAC is a multidisciplinary mental health team that is part of the Health District of Northern Larimer County. The mission of the CAYAC program is to provide families with guidance in regards to mental health services in our community. We serve children, adolescents, and young adults through age 24. Our clinicians speak with families to determine what mental health needs are present and then connect those families with the appropriate community resource. CAYAC also has short-term, bridge services such as child psychiatry, psychological testing, and family support.

Colorado Assessment Center,
Dr. Jeremy Sharp
The Colorado Center for Assessment & Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice specializing in strengths-based counseling and diagnostic testing. Autism is one of our primary specialty areas - not just something we can “work with.” We see individuals across the lifespan - kids, adolescents, adults, and families. We also accept all major insurance panels, including Tricare and Medicaid, for both psychotherapy and neuropsychological testing. With two locations (Fort Collins and Johnstown) and about 20 clinicians, there’s a good chance that we can connect with you and provide some help!

I know it can be worrisome and frustrating for either you or your child to struggle with learning, attention, behavior, or social relationships. My goal is to gain an in-depth understanding of an individual by completing a thorough Neuroeducational Assessment. Completing an assessment is like detective work. I gather information about what is occurring in an individual’s life as well as what is happening inside their brain to determine why they are struggling. The primary purpose of a Neuroeducational Assessment is the development of recommendations based on the pattern of strengths and weaknesses to help guide intervention planning at home, school, or work. I also focus on connecting individuals and families with resources to help support them in their journey.
